"Insults are the reason behind my success-'Ilayathalabathi' Vijay



So the most expected album of the year is out. The music album of ‘Ilayathalapathi’ Vijay’s upcoming film ‘Puli’ has been released today at a grand audio launch function held in ECR road with the entire crew of ‘Puli’ and also Vijay’s well-wishers, friends and fans participated in the event amidst thousands of fans who went berserk roaring even at the mention of their darling star’s name.

Indiaglitz presents you the detailed story of what exactly happened at the audio launch of ‘Puli’ for the delight of the Vijay fans who could not make it to the live celebration this evening.
Before the event started we could notice many top celebrities from Kollywood waiting along with fans for the start of the function. Notable among them were directors T.Rajendhar, S.J.Surya and K.S.Ravikuamar. TR was seen having a hearty chat with Vijay’s father and director S.A.Chandrasekar.
Fans at the auditorium kept on roaring until the functions started. At last the long wait was over at around 6:45 pm and the event started and the first to be honoured was the Tamil language by singing the Tamil Thai Vazthu (Poem praising Mother Tamil). Then there was a one minute silence observed as a tribute to former Indian President Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam who had passed away last week. The crowd which was shouting, dancing and making all sort of sounds to express joy made sure it was a pin drop silence to honor for the people’s president. The event was anchored by the small screen fame Imman Annachi who kept the entire auditorium in splits throughout the function.
Just as the function begun younger generation hero Vijay Sethupathi entered the hall and the first thing he did was greeting Vijay.
The first to come in front of the mike was the producer’s of ‘Puli’. Shibu Thameens rendered his heartfelt thanks to Vijay for making ‘Puli’ a reality. P.T. Selvakumar who was the former Public Relations manager of the star said ""I am indebted to Vijay sir, for promoting me as a producer from being his PRO."
While the proceedings were going on the Hansika the bubbly heroine of the film entered and she was welcomed with a special video about Vijay’s ‘Velayudham’ and ‘Puli’ heroine.
Director K.S.Ravikumar who had directed Vijay in ‘Minsara Kanna’ said ""Vijay’s growth is exponential with every movie. "There is no one today, who does not like Vijay. Even his enemies are bound to adore him. Such is his personality"
Director S.J.Suryah who gave a blockbuster for Vijay with ‘Kushi’ at a crucial time of the star’s career said "'Puli' is a title that fits only Ilayathalapathy Vijay." Nandriyin marupeyar Vijay"Ilayathalapathy Vijay is a simpleton, next only to Superstar Rajinikanth." He is rumored to be the one who will be directing Vijay’s 60th film and is his present in today’s function by any means an indicator?

Suryah also had words of appreciation for Shruthi Haasan who has paired up with Vijay for the first time in ‘Puli’. He said "After Simran, the heroine who I have adored the most is Shruti Haasan."
S.A.Chandrasekar, the proud father of Vijay has no doubt been a strong force behind the actor becoming a star. Expressing his modest self, SAC said "I was only a small platform to Vijay in his acting career. I am immensely thankful to all the directors who have propelled him to this height."
Quelling confusions about the genre of ‘Puli’ National award winning actor Thambi Ramiah who has played a role in the film said "This is neither historic nor mythological movie. 'Puli' is a superhero movie."
The gorgeous Shruthi Haasan said amidst roar of applause: "When I stepped into Tamil cinema, it was my ambition to work with Vijay sir. Now, it has come true in 'Puli'. The talented singer, who has sung a song with vijay in this film appreciated Ilayathalabathi’s crooning skills: "Singing with Vijay sir was an amazing experience. His rendition is vera level!"
Director Perarasu who has given two super hit films for Vijay with ‘Thirupachi’ and ‘Sivakasi’ and these are well known for the family sentiment quotient. Perarasu reminded that in his speech when he said "Elders see Vijay as a boy belonging to their home, women see him as elder brother and children consider him as their maternal uncle. He is the ‘Thai Mama’ (maternal uncle) of my son too."
Director Dharani who has worked with Vijay for the most memorable blockbuster ‘Ghillie’ said "Vijay is one of the few good natured people, who always wishes the best for people around him. Thank you friend (Vijay)." Praising the film’s entire crew he said ""The cast is full of stars who came up the hard way, to this status. 'Puli' will be a hit, without a doubt."
Actor Jiiva, the younger generation hero and Vijay’s co-star in ‘Nanban’ said "Cinema is a family. No one here is a rival to another. Let us not fight among ourselves on social media network, and draw unnecessary attention towards us for wrong reasons." Everyone knew he was referring to the fans resorting to bashing other stars to defend the stars they love and hope Jiiva’s words at an all important event creates a positive impact.
Producer Kalaipuli S.Dhanu who is producing the 59th film of Vijay in which the star is currently acting said ""'Puli' has the potential to gross more than 100 crore rupees in box office collection."
Meanwhile amid the function it was announced that ‘Puli’ 'Puli' is to release in 1400 theatres, across Andhra and Telangana. Vijay’s mother C.J.Shobana said "It is a privilege and honour for us, when a Tamil movie releases in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Ilayathalapathy Vijay has given us one such opportunity to take pride."
Nandita Shwetha the lucky lass who is pairing up with Vijay at a very early stage of her career said "Sridevi ma'am is my inspiration to enter cinemas. I am thrilled, excited and honoured to be a part of the 'Puli' team. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity. Kumudha romba happy!"
"I have only read about a person like MGR. I feel thankful and honoured to be living in the times of a great person as Ilayathalapathy Vijay." said distributor Cosmo Shiva who usually distributed Vijay starrer films in Coimbatore and Trichy areas.
